BGS (Bradesco Global Solutions) was created to serve large companies with complex banking needs. I worked in various business sectors. However, my main challenge was the difficulty in carrying out high-value transactions intuitively, securely, and quickly, with usability adapted to different user profiles within corporations.

We conducted interviews, journey mapping, and benchmarked financial sector platforms. We identified that clarity, security, and centralization were critical issues.

We developed optimized transfer and registration flows, integrating biometrics for critical authentication. We created component libraries that ensured consistency and scalability. The design brought visual objectivity with Bradesco's identity.

Learnings
I learned to balance regulatory and security needs with usability, and I understood the importance of componentization for consistency in scalable products. I also honed my strategic vision to align design with business goals.
